Take a training program and receive certification
If you are hired by a business through the Visées program’s networking, you will have the opportunity to take a personalized training program to upskill and prepare you for your future job. Once your program is complete, you will receive certification recognized on the job market for the skills you have acquired.
How does it work?
Visées offers coaching in 5 steps:
- Diagnosing your business and its human capital
- Developing action plans, including a skills development plan and recommendations about managing the employee’s program
- Putting you in touch with a pool of job seekers with the skills you need – Coming soon
- Recommending a short-term personalized training program leading to certification for your employees
- Granting financial support

What are the eligibility criteria to take part in Visées as a job seeker?
To take part in Visées, you need to:
- Be legally authorized to word in Canada
- Have a work permit valid for another year before starting the training course
- Not be enrolled in a professionnel, college or university education program
- Have at least three years of professionnal experience.
How long does the training last?
Training is offered in different forms. It can last from 4 to 16 weeks.
Is training free?
Training is free to businesses that participate in Visées and their employees.
