Due to the exceptionally high number of requests we are currently receiving, the granting of financial support will depend on the availability of funds at the time your application is processed. Our specialized support and matching services remain available. If you have submitted a request for accompaniment, our teams will contact you within 48 business hours.
Easy, accessible financing
The Visées program grant can be up to $8,000 per employee and covers:
- 50% of the employee’s salary for training hours
- The costs associated with training for one or more skills
Plus, there is no limit to the number of employees your business can train. To benefit from this grant, we invite you to pre-register to receive support from our team.
What are the eligibility criteria for a grant?
Your business must meet the following criteria:
- Be registered in the Quebec enterprise register (NEQ)
- Not be a government, public, municipal or school organization (not be subject to law M-30)
- Not be a sole proprietorship .
Trained people must be :
- Legally authorized to word in Canada
- Have a work permit valid for another year before starting the training course
- Have at least three years of professionnal experience.
How can your business obtain financial aid?
Once you complete your coaching program and your employee completes the training program, you can receive financial support. You will receive a lump sum upon presentation of the following documents:
- Signed agreement with Visées
- A void cheque for the business
- An invoice for the training and proof of payment
- Confirmation of the employment upgrade (1)
- First and last pay stub for the employee during the training
(1) An employment upgrade template will be provided by the Visées team for each employee.
